SUMMARY & MISSION IMPACT:
All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families, and communities for health, justice, and hope. The Program Director will lead the Refugee and Immigrant Servicesprogram throughout the Greater Puget Sound District. They will passionately communicate the program's vision and mission and play a vital role in fostering community and stakeholder relations, representing the programs and the Agency.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resource Management: Efficiently handle a wide variety of local, state, and federal budgets, grants, and staffing for impactful programming and service delivery.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans aligned with the organization's mission for effective service delivery.

Program Development:Provide vision and lead the creation and evaluation of community service programs to meet evolving community needs.Identifyfunding opportunities to enhance service delivery, attend project design meetings, and work with the Grants Team in responding to RFPs.

Community Engagement:Foster partnerships with stakeholders, leaders, and other organizations for collaboration and expanded outreach.

Impact Measurement:Establishclear performance indicators and report on the effectiveness ofservicedelivery. This includes monitoringthe program's readiness and participation in audits, accreditations, licenses, and certifications, etc.

Advocacy and Representation:In partnership with District leadership, identifyopportunities to serve as a strong advocate for community service initiatives and represent the organization at public events and community gatherings.

Organizational Leadership:Provide visionary leadership, encouraging collaboration and professional development within the team.

Supervisor.This job is responsible forsupervising employees and/or non-employees, such as interns or volunteers. This includes and is not limited to making employment decisions; setting and communicating clear goals in alignment with relevant objectives and required outcomes; and effectively managing individual and team performance.

Leadership.In support of creating and maintainingan Employer of Choice culture, active demonstrationand encouragement of LCSNW leadership competencies arecritical to this job.
REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of related professional experience

3 years of management or supervisory experience

Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations

Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle

Master’s in related field
-
Fluency in English, bilingual is a plus.

Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites

Demonstrates resilience, awareness, and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict, and obstacles/barriers

Travels between worksites and in-person meeting locations as needed.

Works in a variety of settings, including but not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agencies, and community-based settings.
