Administrative Program Coordinator

Under general direction, this position provides fiscal and administrative support to all Child Care Resource Connections (CCRC) Programs. Supports CAPSLO’s mission by ensuring the programs are monitored financially and given administrative support in order to maximize the number of families and individuals it is able to serve effectively.

Qualifications: 

• Required: AA/AS Degree plus at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with data entry, payment systems, accounts payable, or finance.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

As a Administrative Program Coordinator You Will: 

• Processing program expenditures and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Preparing and submitting paperwork for Accounts Payable.
• Monitoring credit card and petty cash expenditures.
• Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies.
• Assisting with program donations, grants, and spending projections.
• Coordinating provider payment processing and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for Day Care Homes.
• Compiling information for finance meetings and reporting.
• Providing ongoing support for staffing, cost allocation, and compliance.
