Office Services Associate
The Office Services Associate supports Klein Tools' commitment to quality and excellence by ensuring seamless office operations and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining our facility standards, coordinating with vendors, and supporting employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities:

Mail & Shipping Management: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages using specialized shipping systems. Partner with internal teams to organize special mailings and use cost-effective services to optimize outbound processes.

Reception & Visitor Services: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, maintaining a professional and organized reception area that reflects the Klein Tools brand. Coordinate with security to manage visitor registration and access.

Facility & Vendor Coordination: Maintain well-stocked break rooms, document centers, and general office supplies. Act as a liaison with contracted vendors for maintenance and replenishment, ensuring all areas remain operational and aligned with company standards.

Event & Meeting Support: Assist in arranging catering and logistics for meetings and corporate events. Collaborate with the HR and administrative teams to facilitate employee engagement activities and seasonal events.

Facility Upkeep: Proactively identify and document maintenance needs, partnering with vendors for resolution. Support office beautification efforts through coordination with plant services and seasonal decorations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain high-quality service levels in a dynamic environment, demonstrating Klein Tools' focus on excellence and professionalism.
Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
