POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the registration process for childcare programs. Performs various administrative tasks, maintains records, and produces reports.

GENERAL SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages the registration process for participants in UPK and childcare programs.
- Communicates and develops positive relationships with parents. Provides billing and registration information, answers questions, and provides solutions to problems. Responds to all inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintains records and files in compliance with Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) regulations.
- Maintains office equipment.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with school administration.
- Gathers and inputs data, produces reports, and maintains records.
- Performs various administrative tasks to support program directors and site coordinators, such as coping documents, logistics for special events, ordering program supplies, etc.
- Attends and participates in all staff meetings and training sessions.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably in a childcare program setting.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to identify problems and find acceptable solutions.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Competency using Microsoft Office software.
