We are currently searching for interns to join our Strategic Initiatives department next year. You will assist with a variety of administrative functions by providing support that will help the Strategic Initiatives department meet daily objectives. This will be accomplished through exposure to the planning, execution and evaluation stages of various work projects and initiatives, to gain workplace experience in the field. This position will be working to help our teams build a great foundation for them to work off of, so they have a head start with each new project. It is an exciting position within WoodmenLife. We are able to provide housing for interns if needed.

Requirements Gatherer: Elicits, analyzes, and documents requirements for new and/or existing workflows and reporting.

Other duties/projects/initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
This job requires a background that demonstrates the following minimum knowledge and skills.

Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college with area of study Business Administration, Leadership or related field(s).

Ability to work 38.75 hours per week

Exemplary communication and collaboration skills

Proficient computer skills including - Microsoft Office
- Passion for learning, community impact, and professional development
