We are currently searching for interns to join our Strategic Initiatives department next year. You will assist with a variety of administrative functions by providing support that will help the Strategic Initiatives department meet daily objectives. This will be accomplished through exposure to the planning, execution and evaluation stages of various work projects and initiatives, to gain workplace experience in the field.   This position will be working to help our teams build a great foundation for them to work off of, so they have a head start with each new project. It is an exciting position within WoodmenLife.  We are able to provide housing for interns if needed.

What you will be doing: 

• • Problem Solver: Identifies, analyzes, and resolves issues effectively. 

  • Researcher: Gathers and evaluates relevant data to inform decision-making. 

  • Analytical Thinker: Breaks down complex problems into manageable components and identifies solutions. 

  • Critical Thinker: Evaluates information objectively and makes sound judgments. 

  • Business Analyst: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, needs, and requirements. 

  • Requirements Gatherer: Elicits, analyzes, and documents requirements for new and/or existing workflows and reporting. 

  • Other duties/projects/initiatives as assigned.

Commitment: Full work week (38.75 hours)
