Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our compassionate team. In this role, you'll contribute to the well-being of our residents by ensuring their living spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms) and maintaining common areas in accordance with our daily work schedule.

• Provide detailed room cleaning services on a regular basis—daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.

• Accurately document completed tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

• Replenish bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed to ensure rooms and facilities are always well-maintained.

• Safely empty and transport trash and garbage to disposal areas, following scheduled guidelines.

• Foster positive relationships with residents by interacting in a friendly, approachable, and caring manner.

What You'll Need:

• (Preferred) Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.

• Availability to work every other weekend and on holidays, as required.
