Grounds Crew

Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team! This individual will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and performing various maintenance tasks to support our facilities and equipment. If you're passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for our community, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Efficiently complete daily grounds maintenance and general maintenance tasks.
• Quickly and accurately identify ways to complete each assignment.
• Take care of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Interact with residents in a friendly and positive manner.

What You'll Need:

• Relevant grounds keeping experience.
• Experience with minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC (preferred).
• 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license.
