Job Summary:
The person in this position provides CCTV monitoring oversight for specific cargo screening activities to help ensure the security and safety of the aviation cargo security network.
Responsible for monitoring live CCTV video feed of cargo screeners performing cargo screening activities required of cargo to be transported on passenger aircraft for compliance with all required procedures, and addresses concerns, or screening discrepancies with local cargo facility management.
Duties include (but are not limited to)

continuous CCTV live surveillance of cargo security screeners

immediately addressing concerns or discrepancies

maintaining constant vigilance of several CCTV screens at one time, logging and maintaining records of screening activities

Cargo Vision Agent weekly work schedule assignments.
Requirements:
-
Must have the ability to multitask while maintaining a concentrated focus on CCTV monitoring activity.

The ability to ensure compliance with TSA regulatory standards as it relates to the security screening and handling of air cargo destined to be transported aboard commercial passenger aircraft.

Must have at least an intermediate level of proficiency with computer systems

Previous experience in general security and cargo security strongly recommended

Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certification throughout employment

Must have a High School diploma, GED

Must be at least 18 years of age and capable of processing information in a timely manner

Must have dependable transportation to meet hour work obligations.

Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English

Must clear an FBI fingerprint background check
-
A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically fit to perform duties of the job including but not limited to sitting for long hours, the ability to stay focused on CCTV monitors, some standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Specific Working Hours:
- Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holiday-specific shifts to be determined
- Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations
