Job Summary:
Airport Food Safety Supervisor. This position is for a Food Safety Supervisor reporting to VP of US Operations. As
our Food Safety Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and
quality across our operations. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to ensure all products
meet our strict quality control guidelines, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
 Manage Quality Assurance program to ensure food safety and quality compliance across all
aspects of our operation.
 Conduct regular audits and inspections of the facility, production lines, and storage facilities to
identify and address any potential food safety hazards or quality issues.
 Lead the operation team in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
 Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control
Points) principles.
 Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, including FDA and
USDA standards.
 Collaborate with other departments, such as Production, Purchasing, and Sanitation, to ensure
adherence to quality standards.
 Conduct training programs for staff on food safety practices and procedures.
 Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
 Remain current on the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or related fields.
Certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
(HACCP)
Five or more years of experience in Food Safety roles with a minimum of 2 years management
experience.
Technical proficiency in the areas such as of food microbiology, food chemistry, food safety, and food
regulations.
Proven understanding of government regulations in relation to food processing as FDA FSMA, Current
Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), HACCP regulations and USDA.
Proven analytical and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be a collaborative leader who inspires, manages, coaches and respects people.
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills that combines with an aptitude for multi-tasking.
Knowledge of computer skills required, including use of technology (scanners, tablets, printers, copiers,
etc.) and Microsoft Office programs, as well as cloud-based systems.
