Campus Clinical Supervisor
Residential Services - Framingham
Salary Range: $75,000.00+/year depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth and Family Support Network is looking for a Campus Clinical Manager to work with our robust clinical and program teams to oversee our Day Services in Framingham. We see this candidate as a dynamic, dedicated, and motivated individual who will assist the Clinical Director with oversight of the clinical services provided to our youth on Campus. We appreciate a seasoned clinician who is passionate about leading teams and organizational health. This person is also enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring clinicians who want to continue growing in the field. What You Will Do:
- The Campus Clinical Supervisor will work with multi-disciplinary teams to provide clinical oversight of Wayside’s residential programs serving adolescents (ages 12-18) in DCF custody
- Provide direct clinical supervision to approximately 4-5 clinicians (including a clinical intern) and carry a small caseload.
- Ensure continual growth of the programs’ clinical quality and services in collaboration with other managers
- Co-facilitate clinical meetings to review best practices, and provide training and professional development for Campus Clinicians.
- Provide afterhours clinical phone consultation on a rotating basis.
- Oversee crisis evaluation and section 12 procedures for Campus clients.
- Facilitate weekly clinical rounds meetings.
- Attend program Operations meetings with program management.
- Attend bi-weekly Campus Manager meetings.
- Sit on Agency Utilization Review team.
- Offer a powerful example of best clinical practice with youth and in supervision.
- This person will be a member of the Clinical Management team and oversee the clinical work of anti-racist, racial trauma interventions with the use of Motivational Interviewing and Attachment Regulation and Competency models.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related human service field.
- Required Licensure: LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Preferred 2 years’ experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting.
- Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
