Liquor Division - Marketing Associate 3
Job Summary: Marketing Associate 3 works with the Product Sourcing and Sales Division, focusing on Wismettac's liquor sales. Marketing Associate 3 plays a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success. The Marketing Associate 3 will lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute significantly to the company's marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a passion for driving business growth.
Essential Job Functions:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies, including market analysis, target audience identification, and campaign planning.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print), ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.
- Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging content is created for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, brochures, and email newsletters. May also be responsible for creating content directly.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing. Manage and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media presence, and oversee content creation and community engagement. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, email design, automation, and performance tracking.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Use data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, providing support and development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies, printers, and designers.
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Works on projects that advance the goals of the team and department.
- Maintains and strengthens the organization's overall brand across all media channels.
- Executes all support related to sales expansion/promotion of related products, following the instructions and decisions of their supervisor.
- Submits activity and other required reports promptly.
Experience / Training / Education
- 5 years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital marketing, content marketing within the food industry.
- Minimum 4 years bachelor degrees in marketing, business or related field.
