**This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 in-office days required each week.**

What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and commercially-minded Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will support one or more commercial teams or lines of business in achieving revenue generation goals. Responsibilities may include preparing and presenting business reviews, KPI reporting, sales training, opportunity coordination, and project-based collaboration with other departments.
- Develop, maintain and monitor KPIs and other reporting needs aligned with sales objectives.
- Lead and participate on calls with Agency sales personnel to review sales performance and discuss opportunities for improvement.
- Provide comprehensive support to sales teams on various topics to enhance their knowledge and facilitate business acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Advertising and Marketing Department to develop sales collateral.
- Review and analyze customer information to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop solution-based selling presentations and training for agency sales organizations.
- Coordinate responses to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and other opportunities/requests.
- Develop and update content for the internal contract and proposal response database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key SMEs in other internal departments.
- Update and maintain CRM for reporting and tracking needs.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably sales, supply chain, analytics, or transportation and logistics
- Experience supporting a sales department and gathering/summarizing information from multiple sources.
- A natural curiosity and resourcefulness for exploring details and finding solutions.
- Strong analytical skills paired with creative thinking to approach challenges in innovative ways.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
- Highly organized and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and the initiative to take ownership of tasks and drive results.
