Invoicing & Supplier Payments Analyst
Position Summary:
The Invoicing and Supplier Payments Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of revenue to agents in accordance with policy and established procedures. This role additionally provides assistance to the agency families regarding invoicing and payment entries.
This position is mainly remote with the expectation to come in office for special events or meetings (approximately once a month or less).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the accurate and timely payment of revenue in accordance with various tariffs, regulations, policies, procedures, and a wide variety of complex contracts.

Provides quality customer service to agents and various departments.

Mediates and resolves disputes in accordance with various shipments including all business lines.

Properly evaluates and responds to verbal and written communications.

Handles a heavy workload within specific time constraints.

Manage a high volume of telephone calls received from both internal and external sources.

Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education, License or Certification:

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
Experience:

1-5 years' experience in a relevant field
