Location: Martin County Corps, Stuart, FL

Position Type: Regular Full-Time @ 40 Hrs/Wk

About this opportunity:

This position is responsible for

Key responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead worker to employees, beneficiaries, community service workers, and/or volunteers working in the Thrift Store and warehouse/sorting room
  • trains employees in the proper procedures for operating and maintaining a cash register; monitors employees work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the store displays
  • ensures that all donated items are processed through the warehouse in a timely manner and in accordance with established standards

What we are looking for in you:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or G.E.D.,

and

Two years progressively responsible experience working in a retail store environment and six months supervisory experience

or

any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
