What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: You’ll oversee and mentor a team of case management staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet their goals and deliver exceptional services.
  • Direct Impact: You’ll work directly with clients in our emergency shelter and transitional housing programs, helping them navigate complex challenges and set meaningful, long-term goals for housing stability and financial independence.
  • Empower Clients: You’ll develop and implement personalized case management plans for clients, tailoring solutions to their unique circumstances—ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed.
  • Be a Beacon of Support: You’ll advocate for your clients, connect them with essential services, and guide them through the process of transitioning into stable housing and self-sufficiency.
  • Drive Program Success: You’ll track client progress, compile reports, and ensure the program complies with all funding requirements. You’ll be integral in maintaining accurate case records and contributing to program improvement.

What We’re Looking for in You:

We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in social work, case management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least four years of hands-on experience in case management, with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • A passion for helping others, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness, and the ability to develop long-term, customized plans to help them overcome those challenges.
  • A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for clients and staff alike.
