Position Title: Housing Monitor

Location: Central Arkansas Area Command – Little Rock, AR    

Position Type: Casual – Only work when needed.

Pay Range: $11.00 - $14.03/per hour      

About this opportunity:

This position is responsible for

Accepts and processes residents staying in a housing facility overnight; monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security and compliance to house rules; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; ensures that the housing facility is maintained in a neat and proper order.

What we are looking for in you:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. and one-year experience performing security or social service work preferred
• OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.

Work is performed in a lodge facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
