POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Manager, Account Executives reports to the Divisional Sr. Director, Account Executives
  • Located in Mansfield, MA
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid

 

The Manager, Account Executives, is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. The Manager will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the Account Executives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving performance excellence.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, setting clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize revenue and market share, aligning with company objectives, growth targets, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including national accounts, to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Sales Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, customer acquisition and retention rates, tracking progress against sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies and execution.

Team Development & Training:

  • Identify training and development needs for the sales team, designing and implementing training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance skills and capabilities.

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective team management.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business results.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 6 – 8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Previous experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or related industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
 

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc.  Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
