We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic support, enabling the business to achieve its financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

Job Summary:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for assigned business areas. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive profitability.
• Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance partner for business leaders, working collaboratively to develop strategies and objectives that align with financial targets. Provide financial support to help drive business decisions and enhance performance.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication of financial results. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Cost Management & Profitability Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs and profitability across business units or projects. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maximize profit margins.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership teams to assess and support business initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches. Contribute to long-term strategic financial planning.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and targets.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and assess financial risks within the business and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks. Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, sales, marketing, and HR to ensure financial alignment and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or business partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential.

• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Excel).
