Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing (TAY) | LSW/LPC | LISW/LPCC Preferred - New Position

We’re seeking a Manager, Permanent Supportive Housing, Transitional Age Youth (TAY) for our Liberty at St. Clair site to provide administrative, clinical, financial, and operational oversight of the assigned PSH TAY and other PSH locations and support services staff, responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating methods for service delivery and collaborate with EDEN, FrontLine, Housing First Collaboration partners, and other stakeholders representing the social services aspect of the assigned PSH locations.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a model that combines low-barrier affordable housing, health care, and supportive services to help individuals and families lead more stable lives. PSH typically targets people who are homeless or otherwise unstably housed, experience multiple barriers to housing, and are unable to maintain housing stability without supportive services.
PSH is an intervention that combines affordable housing assistance with voluntary support services to address the needs of chronically homeless people. The services are designed to build independent living and tenancy skills and connect people with community-based health care, treatment and employment services. In addition to ending homelessness for people who are chronically homeless, research has demonstrated that permanent supportive housing can increase housing stability and improve health.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or a social service discipline with a minimum of three years of mental health, chemical dependency, and/or social services work experience including a minimum of one year of supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Licensed in the state of Ohio a LSW or LPC. LISW or an LPCC is preferred. Demonstrates leadership of high-performing teams in a community behavioral health setting, Experience working with Transitional Age Youth preferred.
