Program Supervisor; Harm Reduction

We’re seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to provide guidance and oversight of all aspects of internal clinical operations for Harm Reduction and Infectious Disease Prevention services within an integrated service delivery system.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running and supervision of Ryan White Medical Case Management services in accordance with all program goals, targets, performance outcomes and medical case management Program policies, procedures, and protocols. Responsible for the oversight of clinical operations of each site, the Harm Reduction Clinical Supervisor supervises the harm reduction team, which will include the Case Managers, Peer Support Specialists, and Outreach Specialists.
Under specific Ryan White guidelines and directives, the ideal candidate has an LISW license, which is required for this position with demonstrated supervisory experience leading a team to meet its goals.
