Fiscal Intermediary Business Relationship Coordinator
Summary/Objective
The Fiscal Intermediary Business Relationship Coordinator is responsible for developing and overseeing Advisory Boards in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Oversees the Fiscal Intermediary Operations Advisory Committee (FIOAC) in Massachusetts. Serves as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key and escalated issues from program partners and governing authorities.
Essential Job Functions
- Massachusetts Consumer Advisory Board (CAB)
- Market the Advisory Board on an ongoing basis to ensure that we have active boards in all 5 regions
- Coordinate bimonthly regional meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, creating an agenda and running meetings
- Manage the Advisory Boards and drive discussion to ensure there are targeted and value-added outcomes
- Ensure diverse opinions and experiences are encouraged and respected
- Hold two advisory council meetings per year
- Pennsylvania Consumer Advisory Board (CAB)
- Market the Advisory Board on an ongoing basis to ensure an active boards in PA
- Coordinate bimonthly regional meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, creating an agenda and running meetings
- Manage the Advisory Board and drive discussion to ensure there are targeted and value-added outcomes
- Ensure diverse opinions and experiences are encouraged and respected
- Hold two advisory council meetings per year
- Massachusetts Fiscal Intermediary Operation Advisory Committee (FIOAC)
- Manage the FIOAC throughout its duration
- Coordinate monthly meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, creating an agenda, distributing pre-work, and running meetings
- Collaborate with EVV project manager and other subject matter experts (SME) for meeting content and objectives
- Collaborate with FI Management to define and implement program improvements based on meetings and/or other committee feedback
- Under the direction of the CEO, oversee the data gathering and completion of annual reports
- Oversee the creation and management of FI related surveys
- Coordinate quarterly FI meeting under the direction of the FI Director
- Facilitate and coordinate projects as assigned
- Create the Request for Proposal templates for future use
- Other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of Fiscal Intermediary experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading meetings

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and scanners.
