We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team and keep our facility looking its absolute best. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact, working independently while the world slumbers.

What you'll do:

• Become a floor care virtuoso: Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, and polishers.
• Transform surfaces: Strip, wax, buff, and polish various floor types to a gleaming shine.
• Keep it clean: Ensure all floor surfaces are free of debris, spills, and hazards.
• Work independently: Manage your time effectively and take pride in your work.

What you'll bring:

• A passion for perfection: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Experience is a plus: Previous floor care experience is preferred, but not required. We're willing to train the right person!
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time, every time.
• Physical stamina: The ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Competitive pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate. $20.00 an hour
• Night shift differential: Earn extra for working those overnight hours.
• Full-time hours: Enjoy a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
