School Floor Tech

**Job Posting: Experienced Floor Technician**  

**Location:** Greensboro, NC (E Wendover Ave Area)  
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM  
**Hourly Rate:** $14.50  

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Technician to join our team at a school in Greensboro. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our school floors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. **Key Responsibilities:**  
- Perform general cleaning tasks alongside specialized floor care duties  
- Operate floor care machinery including scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and other equipment as needed  
- Maintain the cleanliness and shine of various floor types, including tile, hardwood, and carpet  
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment  
- Assist in special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned by management  

**Qualifications:**  
- Previous experience in floor maintenance or related roles is required  
- Ability to operate floor care machinery safely and effectively  
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, pushing, and pulling repeatedly throughout the shift  
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential  
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
