Now Hiring: Assistant Account Manager

Are you a strong leader with a passion for customer satisfaction and employee engagement? We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee operations, maintain high-quality service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team, we want to hear from you!

Schedule:

• Shift: 3rd shift, 6 PM - 6 AM

• Rotation: 2-3-2 schedule in a 365, 24/7 facility

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and account retention through strong leadership and operational excellence.

• Oversee janitorial operations, including work scheduling, inventory control, budget management, and compliance with safety standards.

• Conduct site evaluations, audits, and implement necessary improvements.

• Maintain accurate employee personnel records and support HR functions such as training and development.

• Establish and uphold workflow processes and standards to maintain high service quality.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding program performance and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role.

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment: A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to quality service.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Education: BA/BS degree required.
