⭐Job Title: Part-Time Weekend Janitorial & Grounds Maintenance Worker
📍Location: Matthews, NC
🕛Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:30AM-3PM
💰Pay: $17.00 an Hour
🧹Position Summary: We’re looking for a reliable individual to help with outdoor cleaning and grounds maintenance, including leaf blowing, sweeping, and trash removal.
💪Responsibilities:
- Blow leaves, pressure washing, and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Sweep sidewalks, empty trash bins, and clean outdoor furniture.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
✅Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina for cleaning tasks.
- Experience with leaf blowers and pressure washers
