Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Perfect for night owls or those who love a late shift!) 🌙
Locations: Salisbury, Concord, Kannapolis (5 campuses across NC!) 🚗💨

What You’ll Be Rockin’ and Rollin’:
As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind making everything shine! ✨

• Lead the Clean Team: Supervise an awesome group of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed with excellence.
• Coordinate Like a Pro: Work with your team to tackle special projects and handle the daily cleaning needs with precision.
• Support the Manager: Help ensure all buildings sparkle and shine just the way they should according to the cleaning scope.
• Inspect & Improve: Conduct nightly walk-throughs to make sure everything looks pristine and check cleaning records to maintain top-quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role—if you’ve got leadership skills, we want you!
• Physically Ready: Be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively. Strong back, strong mind! 💪
• Bilingual Bonus: Speaking both English and Spanish is a huge plus! It’ll help you connect with more team members and create a more inclusive environment.
