Do you have a passion for floors that shine like the sun? Believe the world would be a better place if floors just gleamed brighter? Then we want YOU to join our team as a Floor Care Tech Extraordinaire!

This isn’t your average “mop and go” gig. We need a floor care pro to work in our large manufacturing facility, where the floors need some TLC and a sprinkle of floor care wizardry.

Position: Full-Time Floor Care Tech
Location: Wilson, NC (Yes, it’s that cool place you’ve been hearing about!)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (You’ll be the nighttime hero who keeps the place shining while everyone sleeps. How cool is that?)

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Floor Magic: Use high-tech floor care equipment like buffers, super strippers, low-speed machines, carpet extractors, and automatic scrubbers to keep our floors gleaming like the North Star.
• Diverse Flooring Expertise: Maintain and work your floor wizardry on various flooring types – VCT, epoxy, terrazzo, polished concrete, rubber, vinyl plank, and carpet. Floor care for all the floors!
• Cleaning Pro: Not just floors! You’ll also work your magic on rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Yep, you're basically the superhero of clean.
• Team Player: Jump in like a floor care superhero to assist with staff absences and take on special project cleaning tasks as needed.
• Project Cleaning: Moving furniture? Check. Refinishing hard surfaces? Absolutely. Shampooing carpets and furniture? You bet!

🎁 What You Need:

• Proven experience in floor care and maintenance (if you can make floors shine, we want to meet you!).
• Proficiency in using various floor care machines (we promise, no broom and bucket here).
• A team player mentality with a “let’s get the job done” attitude.
• 18+ years old with experience (and yes, we’ll check).
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening (we like to keep things clean all around).
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs regularly (yep, we’re serious).
• A willingness to get the job done—no excuses!
