We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Evening Operations Manager to lead and optimize our evening operations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the evening operations team to ensure efficient and timely completion of all tasks.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality during the evening shift.
- Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that arise during the evening shift, escalating concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across shifts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance evening operations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the evening team.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic evening environment.
