We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Nashville, TN to oversee janitorial operations, maintain client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expenses for janitorial operations within the plant, ensuring budget compliance and efficiency.

  • Maintain the highest quality standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee employee records to ensure administrative compliance.

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts.

  • Develop and implement effective workflow processes and standards.

  • Ensure compliance with Local, State, Federal, and Company environmental procedures.

  • Foster strong client relationships, address unique requirements, and seek opportunities for service expansion.

  • Provide leadership in staffing plans, training, safety, and employee development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: BA/BS Degree.

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to forecast staffing and budget plans, making necessary adjustments.

  • Knowledge of human resource policies, including employee relations and training.
