About the Role:
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for facilities management and custodial operations? We are looking for a Facilities Assistant Account Manager – Custodial Operations to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall efficiency of our assigned facilities. In this role, you’ll manage custodial teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Custodial Operations Management
- Supervise daily custodial operations to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Monitor staff performance, schedules, and service quality.
- Conduct regular facility audits to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
🔹 Client Relations & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns.
- Provide reports on service delivery, performance metrics, and improvements.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service standards and expectations.
🔹 Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding custodial staff.
- Lead and motivate teams to foster a positive work environment.
- Assign tasks and ensure adherence to safety and cleaning protocols.
🔹 Operational Efficiency & Budget Management
- Help manage custodial budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
🔹 Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Address environmental and health safety concerns, including hazardous waste disposal and chemical handling.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Experience: 2-3 years in facilities management, custodial operations, or a similar role.
✔ Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in custodial operations.
