Job Title: Lead Custodian

Location: Charleston, SC (Downtown - parking provided)

Pay: $18.00/hr

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description: Will be responsible for cleaning an educational campus.  Duties include, but not limited to: sweeping floors, mopping floors, vacuuming floors, pulling trash, wiping down desks, sanitizing high touch areas, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Must have a basic knowledge of hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers. May require light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, door knobs, etc. Duties could also include: cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls, and any other duty as assigned by the Account Manager

Restrictions: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Will also be bending to clean desks, stooping, crouching to pick up trash, and pulling in order to mop. Position requires heavy lifting. Must be able to go up and down ladders to change ceiling tile.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a TB test, background check, and in-house oral mouth swab drug test.
