✅ Jack-of-All-Trades: You’ll assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs—because no one likes a cold shower or a room that feels like a sauna.

✅ Master Communicator: Keep the maintenance supervisor in the loop when a job calls for outside help.
✅ Handy with Tools: You’ll be wielding wrenches, screwdrivers, paintbrushes, and more to keep our buildings looking great.
✅ Safety First! Always follow proper procedures, wear the right gear, and keep an eye out for potential hazards.

💪 What You Bring to the Table

🔹 A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a maintenance role.
🔹 Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and electrical repairs (you don’t need to be an expert, just handy!).
🔹 The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and crawl into tight spaces (bonus points if you can do it with a smile!).
🔹 A team player attitude—you work well solo, but you also know how to collaborate.
🔹 A keen eye for detail—you don’t just fix things, you make sure they stay fixed!
🔹 A valid driver’s license and a willingness to help keep our company vehicle in tip-top shape.
