We're looking for a dynamic Day Porter to join our awesome team in Asheville

What's the Gig?

• Title: Day Porter (AKA Cleanliness Crusader, Order of Operations Officer, Master of Maintenance... you get the idea!)
• Company: The Budd Group (The best in the biz!)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Because weekends are for relaxing!)
• Pay: $16.00 an hour (That's right, moolah for maintaining magnificence!)

What You'll Do (Because you're a superhero):

• Zap away dirt and grime: Keep lobbies, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms sparkling like a freshly polished gem.
• Tackle trash like a pro: Empty bins and conquer clutter with the speed of light.
• Restock like a rockstar: Ensure supplies are always available so everyone feels fresh and fabulous.
• Be a spill-busting champion: Clean up messes faster than you can say "oops!"
• Guard the fort: Keep an eye out for anything unusual and report it to the team.
• Be a customer service champion: Greet everyone with a smile and make their day a little brighter.
• Light Maintenance Magic: Change light bulbs and air filters (if applicable) – you’re practically an engineer!
• And other heroic deeds as needed!

What You'll Need (Your Superpower Starter Kit):

• A passion for cleanliness and a can-do attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team (because even superheroes need sidekicks!).
• Attention to detail that would make Sherlock Holmes proud.
• Top-notch communication and customer service skills (because being friendly is super important!).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (you're strong!).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (you're energetic!).
• Reliable transportation (so you can get here to save the day!).
