Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr

Locations Available: Charleston (West Ashley)

Experience Required: Looking for someone with leadership/management/key holder skills. Must have verifiable management/leadership experience to be considered for the position. Janitorial a HUGE PLUS, but not required.
Restrictions:  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of trash.

Job Description:

•  Will be responsible for inspecting rooms of an educational campus to make sure they have been cleaned per the scope.
• Making sure all interior and exterior doors are shut and secured
• Filling in for Team Members when they are out.
• Duties include but not limited to: pulling trash, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, wiping down desks and furniture, disinfecting chairs and desks and refilling restrooms supplies
• Must make sure the building is armed at the end of the evening.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and TB Test.
