Job Title: Airport Custodial Supervisor

**Location:** Greensboro, NC

**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Full-time)

**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Airport Custodial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations at the airport in Greensboro, NC. **Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the airport
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleaning quality and address any issues or deficiencies promptly
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit requisitions as needed

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in custodial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in commercial settings
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
