Title: Janitorial Shift Supervisor

Pay Rate:  $17.50

Hours and Days:  9:00pm - 5:00am Saturday and Sunday

Location: Charlotte NC

Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

Experience Required: 1-3 years years

Responsibilities: This is a working supervisor position and includes general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Manager. Also includes supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Manager in ensuring buildings are being cleaned per the scope.

Specific Requirements /Job Duties Oversight of the cleaning operations on the third shift.  Making sure the team has the supplies needed to complete their jobs.  Working with the Managers and supervisors to handle any needs that arise.  Needs to have a working cell phone so they can be contacted throughout the evening.  Must have a good understanding of janitorial cleaning, cleaning chemicals, and basic equipment (vacuums, wet vacs, scrubbers, etc.)
