Key Responsibilities

• Prep and protect surfaces, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
• Apply commercial-grade paint, stains, and finishes with precision.
• Conduct building inspections to identify and address painting needs.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and labor for each job.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and chemical handling.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:  2-4 years in residential or commercial painting.
• Skills:  Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and balance.
• Physical Fitness:  Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders and scaffolding.
• Driving:  Must possess valid NC driver’s license and be willing to operate company vehicle.
