THE BUDD GROUP is seeking Janitorial Site Supervisors for educational buildings in the Greater Charleston area.

Position: Janitorial Site Leads

Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: VARIES from 1:00 PM all he the way to 10:00 PM (ASK US FOR MORE INFORMATION!)
Pay: $18.00/hr

Locations Available: Charleston (West Ashley), Mt. Pleasant, Downtown Charleston

Experience Required: Must have 6 months of Janitorial. Looking for someone with leadership/management/key holder skills.
Restrictions:  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of trash.

Job Description:

•  Will be responsible for inspecting rooms of an educational campus to make sure they have been cleaned per the scope.
• Making sure all interior and exterior doors are shut and secured
• Filling in for Team Members when they are out.
• Duties include but not limited to: pulling trash, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, wiping down desks and furniture, disinfecting chairs and desks and refilling restrooms supplies
• Must make sure the building is armed at the end of the evening.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and TB Test.
