**Job Posting: Janitorial Floater**

**Location:** Local Area (Various Sites)

**Schedule:** Flexible Shifts, Generally between the hours of 4pm-10pm  Travel Required

Are you a proactive and versatile individual who takes pride in keeping commercial and institutional buildings clean, safe, and welcoming? We are seeking a reliable Janitorial Floater to join our team, responsible for maintaining multiple locations within the local area.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean various areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and more
- Perform outside cleaning tasks such as sweeping sidewalks, picking up trash, cleaning storm drains, and using pressure washers
- Replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies in restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and transport waste to disposal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and refinish floors; clean carpets, furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, and vents
- Wash windows, blinds, door panels, ledges, sills, water fountains, and dust furniture and equipment
- Replace light bulbs and assist with project cleaning, including moving furniture
- Must be able to pass a background check for entry into secure buildings
- Possess a current driver's license and pass an MVR screening
- Travel between sites and demonstrate flexibility in working different shifts

**Requirements:**
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and operating equipment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
