Snow Removal Equipment Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter months. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of snow removal equipment effectively.

Duties
- Operate snow plow vehicles, Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer and Plow Trucks to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of snow removal equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts.

- Shovel and snow blow sidewalks and steps 

-Spread ice melt to ensure guest safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Availability for on-call work during winter months.

- Proficient in snow plowing techniques and equipment operation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report conditions effectively.
