Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager for our Canby clinic. This clinic specializes in orthopedics and manual therapy and pride ourselves on our one-on-one patient care and strong relationships with referral sources. Our clinic is committed to the highest level of patient care, continued education, professional development, and community involvement. 
 

Overview: 

  

The Practice Manager is responsible for most aspects of clinic operations such as patient care, professional growth, clinic growth, clinic safety, meeting company standards, meeting corporate compliance standards, participating in regional and other leadership meetings, reviewing clinic and therapist performance reports and budgets, conducting staff performance appraisals, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.  

  

Practice Managers manage their businesses in the highest professional and ethical manner with guidance from managing directors, TAI administrators and peers, keeping quality patient care top of mind and ensuring that their staff members, referral sources, and all other customers understand and participate in TAI’s values. 

  

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrates competency in providing quality physical therapy services to patients including evaluation, intervention, education, treatment planning and implementation, graduation (discharge) planning, related documentation and communication. 
  • Documents all evaluations, treatment and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.  
  • Complies with company standards in patient outcomes reporting and maintains an acceptable level of (clinical and patient satisfaction) outcomes performance. 
  • Coordinates with Clinic Director regarding day-to-day supervision and personnel management of clinic staff. Includes, but is not limited to, setting performance goals with employees, performing and documenting counseling/warning meetings with employees as needed, conducting annual performance appraisals (at minimum) with staff.  
  • Coordinates with Clinic Director in assigning staff/patient schedules. 
  • Responsible for clinic growth by way of marketing and other relationship-building planning and activity.  Commits to the promotion of the clinic, of TAI and of the profession in general via a variety of internal and external marketing engagements.    
  • Achieves operations standards, including reaching minimum productivity and treatment standards, and staying within budget for both profit and cost centers. 
  • Other duties as needed.   

Education and Experience: 

 

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting.
  • Must have an appropriate current state license, CPR certification and any other state mandated licenses/certifications to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
