What does the Payroll Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you are part of the HR team and responsible for the execution of various payroll duties. You will respond to answer payroll-related questions for both internal and external customers as needed; complete, audit, and process payroll-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines while maintaining confidentiality on all HR/Payroll information.
Responsibilities:
- Work with managers and employees to correct timesheets for multi-state payroll processing of 7200+ employees; collect additional pay items and prepare for import to payroll
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Analyze timekeeping and pay errors; work with managers to prevent future errors
- Prepare and process pay for terminations and pay corrections
- Audit and analyze payroll reports for changes and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service on all payroll related questions from managers, employees, and agencies
- Prepare and process garnishments
- Process Verification of Employment forms
- Enter union dues; create payroll adjustments; work with union representatives as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required
- 2+ years Payroll or HR experience required
- Proficient at Microsoft Office with moderate Excel skills
- Experience with time and attendance systems
