What does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Production Machine Operator works on automated manufacturing equipment, like conveyor belts and lifts or forklifts. The production facility has a need to keep the machines in excellent condition to produce Coca-Cola products.
Job Details:
Schedule: 5am - 5:30pm (rotating schedule, OT as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment replenishing materials as needed throughout the shift
- Set up machinery ensuring all materials are available
- Visually inspect production run and document results
- Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
- Float between multiple production lines at a time
- Quality reviews of equipment as assigned maintaining safety and performance standards
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- At least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of work experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred
- Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Able to lift 50 pounds
