What does a Production Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Production Supervisor manages and coordinates the activities of production personal engaged in packaging beverage products for storage & shipment, including providing leadership, direction and facilitation on multiple high speed production lines.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure production department is in compliance with all KORE Quality/Environmental/Safety, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OSHAS-18001, and FSSC-22000 requirements and all Federal/State laws and regulations pertaining to production
- Supervise frontline associates to drive efficiency and performance of key business indicators for Production, Quality, Safety, and Environmental relative to production processes
- Communicate daily with Supply Planning and Raw Materials Planning to ensure optimized production schedules, and production output is in accordance with planning needs
- Ensure that CONA process of manufacturing product using process orders within CONA and the necessary steps taken outside of CONA transactions to ensure that inventory, process order history, and other functions are correctly accounted for daily
- Continuous improvement agenda in area of responsibility through teamwork, skills and capability development. Manage and facilitate employee and management relationship within the guidelines of the labor contract and company policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- 6+ years experience in food, beverage, or high speed manufacturing environment (beverage/food preferred) required
- 4+ years previous lead/supervising experience required
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements
- Understanding of cleaning and sanitation requirements
- Manufacturing and/or Operations supervision
- Safety requirements knowledge
- Work flexible shifts, weekends ,and additional hours as business needs dictate
