What does a Food Service & On-Premise Market Development Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has well-developed, value-based persuasive skill, is practiced at customer service, and is an innovative problem-solver. We value individuals who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit for this role will be creative and able to suggest tailored solutions to common problems, dedicated to growing the business, delivering results and facilitating deep connections between our clients and our company.
This position will cover the following locations: Bothell, Woodinville, Snohomish, Monroe and Mill Creek.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect competitive, new and dry Food Service & On-Premise accounts including vending through cold calling and visiting
- Manage exciting Food Service & On- Premise accounts within an assign territory
- Maximize customer revenue potential by understand their objectives, programs key strategies, concept, competitors, and consumer/shopper targets, and developing collaborative execution plans
- Execute LOS (look of success) to increase revenue and grow brands
- Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with internal and external customers
- Order equipment and work with Service team to schedule installation
- Build relationships at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makers
- Create offers for exclusive beverage agreements through profit analysis system and presentations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- 1+ year of sales, marketing, or service experience required
- Ability to periodically lift up to 50lbs
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation
- Ability to make decisions & solve problems quickly
- Travel up to 100% of the time within sales territory
