What does a Manager, Procurement Systems do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Develop and implement the internal strategic roadmap for Procurement systems. Have technical expertise in source to pay technology and processes to guide project teams to build world class solutions to address complex business challenges. This role will gather technical requirements, build dynamic solution designs, manage product feature requests, and assist in the implementation, testing and adoption of product feature enhancements. In this high impact and high visibility role, you will interact with all levels of the organization, establishing key partnerships across Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Strategy organizations with Swire, our supplier and business partners. You will also partner closely with Procurement's Director to assess the training needs of end users, develop/enhance training materials, and deliver effective training programs. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a collaborative, resourceful and independent self-starter able to work effectively with minimal direction. This role reports to the Director of Procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP ARIBA and ECC to ensure internal users can effectively navigate and use systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with central IT (CONA) as needed to resolve issues
  • Represent Swire at key procurement system meetings with central IT and help launch new phases of procurement integration in SAP
  • Work with Power BI superusers in Planning to build procurement reports for forecasting, ordering, cost reporting, etc.
  • Develop visuals for tracking spend, cost reduction and other procurement related activities within Power BI
  • Develop contract management tool to track what contracts Supply Chain has, when they expire, renewal terms, etc.
  • Potentially work with Project Management Operations team and other stakeholders to share contract management tool
  • Spot check procurement documentation in systems to ensure matches internal audit requirements
  • Support internal system audits as needed
  • Present to VP with limited guidance from Director
  • Identifies ways to improve EBITDA, creates and implements plan
  • Travel as needed to support business needs (estimated at <10% of time)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, supply chain management, finance, or related field required
  • 6+ years Experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, and system implementation required
  • Working experience with SAP ARIBA and ECC required
  • Can independently build an executive presentation and present complex topics in a simplistic way
  • Understand Procurement P&L and how role fits into P&L management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in different departments to achieve goals
  • Must have good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
