Are you an experienced automotive leader with a passion for excellence and proven success managing high-volume dealerships? Sunroad Auto Group seeks an exceptional General Manager to oversee our Subaru and Genesis dealership operations, driving growth, profitability, and outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations across Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration departments
• Develop strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement impactful promotional campaigns
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive service initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with Subaru and Genesis corporate partners
• Represent our dealership in community events and industry functions

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership General or Sales Management experience (high-volume preferred)
• Proven track record managing successful Subaru dealerships in Southern California (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to comfortably navigate dealership facilities (indoor/outdoor)
• Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; prolonged periods sitting/standing as required
