Working within OHIP’s Division of Finance and Rate Setting (DFRS) in the Bureau of OHIP Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for managing all purchasing for executive administrative needs, supplies, equipment, travel and memberships.
- Provide support to OHIP staff with obtaining and reconciling p and t cards.
- Ensure all purchasing and travel requirements are following State guidelines.
- Approve all OHIP purchases.
- Prepare and submit travel b1184’s.
- Manage purchasing allocation of NPS budget.
- Liaison between DOH’s Bureau of Accounts Management.
- Training of all executive level admins.
- FOILS and Intertrack coordinators.
Basic qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing/administering/reporting data
