Summary
This individual will assist the Department of Health’s Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP)/Division of Eligibility and Marketplace Integration (DEMI) Project Management Office with management, analysis and oversight of a large contract for customer support services.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support & technical assistance as part of Contract Management Team
- Develop, interpret and/or modify policies, procedures, guidance, and reporting requirements
- Review vouchers and associated documentation prior to payment
- Provide written analysis of data, reports, projects, and issues
- Conduct data analysis
- Support internal and external bureau meetings by assisting with facilitation, meeting notes, and action item lists
- Provide support for audits as necessary.
- Support operational oversight of contract-related functions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
- 2 years finance experience
Desired Characteristics:
• Strong Excel and data analytic skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to present data to parties with varying backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently.
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
