Bureau of OHIP Administration
Working within OHIP’s Division of Finance and Rate Setting (DFRS) in the Bureau of OHIP Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Review and submit all Budget requests (B1184s).
- Track B1184s to ensure timely approvals.
- Work with the Department’s Budget Management Group and the Division of Budget on any B1184 questions/concerns.
- Determining appropriate fund sources for contracts/purchases and working with the advance planning document team when advanced funding is needed.
- Manage all Non-Personnel Spending (NPS) requests.
- Manage and track the Non-Personnel Spending (NPS) Budget, working closely with OHIP’s fiscal team with actual spending/projections.
- Provide continuous improvement quality control activities by implementing and improving reporting, tracking, communication and database functionality to support OHIP priorities. and
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience managing/administering/reporting data
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
